7. Rescheduling Policy
Discovery Calls and one-on-one sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' prior notice. Sessions missed without prior notice may be treated as completed and are non-refundable.
8. Refunds & Cancellations

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Ultimate Wellbbeing and Swati Girii are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Results from coaching vary from person to person, and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
