We want you to feel confident about your investment with us. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for services and products offered by The Ultimate Wellbbeing.
1. 24-hour change-of-mind refund
If you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase — and the service or program has not yet begun and no digital product has been accessed or downloaded — we will refund your payment in full. Simply write to us at connect@swatigirii.com from the email address used at purchase.
2. After the 24-hour window
Beyond 24 hours from purchase, all payments are final. Coaching programs, memberships, workshops, webinars, consultations and digital products are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
3. Discovery Calls
Discovery Calls may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours' prior notice via the original booking link or by emailing us.
4. Missed appointments
Sessions missed without at least 24 hours' notice may be treated as completed and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule at our discretion in cases of genuine emergency.
5. Chargebacks
We do not accept chargebacks for services that have already been delivered. If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first at connect@swatigirii.com — we resolve concerns personally and quickly.
6. How to request a refund
Email us at connect@swatigirii.com within 24 hours of purchase with:
- The email address and full name used at checkout.
- The name of the program or product purchased.
- A brief note (optional — your feedback helps us grow).
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
